¤ Education: M.A., University of Tsukuba, Japan.
¤ Profession: I had been a teacher of English at Bunri

and a lecturer at Bunri University of Hospitality.
¤ Hobbies: Playing and watching sports (especially baseball and rugby
football), driving and socializing with friends and colleagues.
¤ Expectations: 1. Visiting native primary schools to observe what
the students learn in English class, how the instructors teach the
students, and the way that the students acquire the English language as
their native (or the second) language. 2. Comparing primary school
English education methods of the native schools and Japanese schools in
Singapore to that of Bunri Elementary School. 3. Finding new
ways of instructing Japanese primary school pupils in English, which would
be the most adequate ones in educational systems, environments and
cultures in Japan.
