JANUARY 1991 05   12   19     21   26 Talk on "Kenya Customs" by PP Jacob Dungau Sagan.   Talk on "People" by Mr. El Chan of People's Mirror.   Talk on "Paper Recycling" by Mr. Chang Jih Ren of See Hwa Paper Mill.   Induction of new Rotarian Kho Ping.   6th BOD meeting held at Club Service Director, Rtn Philip Tang's residence.   Talk on "Air Traffic Control" by Mdm Meggy Stewart Air Traffic Controller.   5th Pan Borneo Rotary Meet at Kota Kinabalu, Rtn Patrick Yu and P-E Odita Ibrahim represented the Club.   FEBRUARY 1991 02   09     23 Luncheon meeting.   Rotarians and Kuching High, Tun Abang Haji Openg Interactors entertained old folks and gave away Chinese New Year "Ang Pow" at the Home for the Aged.   Friendly badminton match with Rotary Club of Kuching.   Talk on "Mines" by geologist Mr. Johnny Ating.   MARCH 1991 02   04   16   09   23   28   30 President attended the Kuching Toastmasters Installation Night.   7th BOD meeting held at Telang Usan Hotel hosted by Community Service Director, Rtn Loa Djin Liang.   Youth Service project - Talk on Anti Drug Campaign held at the City Library function room presented by Encik Wan Gazali from the Drug Rehabilitation Centre and ASP Wenceslane Dana of Enforcement Department talked on Drug Act. 120 secondary school students attended. Anti Drug posters were presented to 4 Secondary schools representatives at the luncheon meeting.   Talk on "Hepatitis B" by Dr. Robert Kho. Induction of new Rotarian Augustine Wong.   Luncheon meeting.   8th BOD meeting held at International Service Director Rtn Sim Choo Phong's residence.   Youth Service joint project with Kuching Club - English Speech competition held at the City Library function room participateed by 3 Interact Clubs.   APRIL 1991 06       13   15   20   27   30 Blind musician Karang performed keyboard music at the luncheon meeting. Rotarians donated RM100 to him.   Induction of new Rotarian Johnny Chua.   Vocational Award to Mdm Chua Lee Kiaw, a warden of Home for the Aged in recognition of her profession.   Luncheon meeting.   Friendly golf competition with Rptary CLub of Kuching.   Luncheon meeting.   Luncheon meeting.   9th BOD meeting held at Telang Usan Hotel hosted by Bulletin Service Director, Michael Hii. MAY 1991 04   18   25   28 Luncheon meeting attended by members of Rotary Club of Kuching and made a total donation of RM125 from the Club and the individuals to our sponsored blind musician Karang.   Talk on "Industry Development in Sarawak" by Mr. Krishnarajah, Director of MIDA.   Luncheon meeting.   10th BOD meeting held at Holiday Inn hosted by Youth Service Director, Rtn Patrick Luk.   JUNE 1991 08   11   15   22   29   29 Luncheon meeting.   11th BOD meeting held at Hotel Telang Usan hosted by Sergeant-at-Arms, Rtn Boby Chai.   Talk on "Sarawak River Pollution" by Dr. Yusoff bin Haji Hanifah, Datuk Bandar Kuching City North.   President and Rotarians attended Rotary Club of Kuching 51 Installation.   Induction of new Rotarians Sim Kheng Boon and Aw Tai Hui.   Donated a wheelchair to Miss Lorna Vun.
