Visiting Rotarian John Williams told us he was in Kuching in 1962. He retired as army at the age of 38. At Tortola, there are 2 Clubs as in Kuching.

Under the Youth's project, Rotarians consisting PPs conducted a leadership training seminar for Board of Directors of Kuching High School and Tun Abang Haji Openg Interactors at Telang Usan Hotel.

Another Youth's project is the launching of Essay Writing Competition for English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia with our main sponsor, SEDC.

Rotarians headed jointly by Youth Director and Community Service Director visited Old Folks Home to throw a Christmas party for them. Present together with the Rotarians, were 31 Interactors to present some items to entertain the Old Folks Home's inmates.
